This contribution is dependent on where the organisation is situated. In 'Area 1', the employer contribution is £296+VAT. In 'Area 2', the employer contribution is £362+VAT. In 'Area 3', the employer contribution is £436+VAT.
Area 1 covers Berkshire, the Surrey and West Sussex fringe, Reading and West Berkshire.

How does it work?
Before any training begins, a JGA training consultant will meet candidates to discuss their training needs. Following this Individual Training Advice and the completion of a Skillscan, an Individual Training Plan will be produced, and the candidate can begin their NVQ training.
