What is Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG)?
Information - the first point of contact, including basic help with finding opportunities for learning and work information
Advice - A one-to-one, in-depth explanation of how to find and use information about your chosen career
Guidance - intensive support to help customers explore and understand their options, make choices and take action

How does it work?
Following your enquiry, we will arrange an advice and guidance session with a qualified and experienced IAG Advisor. At the end of your session, you will be given a copy of your action plan.

This service is free for certain people. Please contact us to find out if you are eligible. If you are not eligible, a one hour session will cost £60+VAT.
