Why did you choose an apprenticeship? I chose an Apprenticeship because I wish to progress while still working so it's the perfect solution.
What are your main responsibilities? I manage the daily running of the VQ Centre and ensuring management statistics are up to date.
How has a JGA Apprenticeship helped you? I have gained knowledge in management and because it is an Apprenticeship and I'm not just learning in school, I am able to put the theory into practice.
What's the best thing about your job? I enjoy everything I do but my favourite aspect is problem solving and getting results.
What do you want to do in the future? I wish to continue my personal development and progress my career in a management role.
